We all have one day off to contemplate the gravity of the Friday-Sunday series in
Baghdad-By-The Hudson. Three games. As big as they come in the Yankee-Red Sox rivalry. Boston will enter the series
either 4.5 or 3.5 games ahead of
The Bronx Embalmers—depending on tonight's battle in
The Great White North. The Red Sox will send
three left-handers at
The Evil Ones:
Eduardo Rodriguez on Friday;
Drew Pomeranz on Saturday;
Chris Sale on Sunday. New York doesn't even
know who they'll send to the mound on Sunday night, but we
do know we will get
Jaime Garcia on Friday and
Luis Severino (their best pitcher) on Saturday. So, taking two of three is eminently possible.
Let's get after it!
