The Red Sox decided to
turn last night's postponed night game into a day game on June 18th—which is making some ticket-holders upset. Thousands of fans won't be able to make a day game
on a Tuesday
in June, and will have to get rid of the ducats somehow—including trying
to navigate the team's arcane ticket exchange process (which seems to
have been constructed by vengeful computer experts at MIT). Why the Red
Sox simply can't offer
refunds in these cases is beyond us—especially since the
Fake Sellout Streak isn't at issue anymore. In any event, Saturday's marquee pitching match-up remains in place despite the rainout—
Jon Lester versus
David Price.
